New Recipe

Hey mom, or anyone else, we just tried a new recipe from a magazine that Miranda gets (Cooking Light). It was a Penne salad with spinach, asparagus and turkey bacon. In it you also put parmasean and mozzerella cheese. Because the only flavor things it calls for is pepper and chicken broth, we added a little bit of ranch, and it was really good! I guess with a little more salt and parmasean it might have enough flavor without the ranch, but anyway, just thought you might find it yummy.

This sounds similar to the Father's Day dinner Mom made for me. It had asparagus, yellow squash, ham, pasta with parmesan cheese. It was so good I told Mom that Paul would even eat the asparagus, but she reminded me he doesn't like squash either.
